  • Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit. If your card’s currency is other than Malaysian Ringgit, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

All complete order is fulfilled on next working day (Monday - Friday except on Public Holidays).

Delivery is done by assigned Courier Service (third party).

Typical delivery will take 1-3 working days subject to the efficiency of Courier Service. Delays are expected during peak seasons.

Important: We are not liable for loss of goods in transit or delays by assigned Courier Service. Any delivery issues to be dealt directly with assigned Courier Service.

If a single location can't fulfil an order, then the shipping rates of all products are added together, even if the products are in the same group of locations within a profile.

Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

West Malaysia – RM 10 (Base on weight)
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 15 (Base on weight)

For the first 1 kg and subsequent additional gram is as per J&T Tariff Rate.
